This SO SAD that i been with Fnb over 30 y and now out the blue they have cancelled my card twice first my Cheq acc and now my premier credit card and when you phone i get told please phone ***** when you phone there you get told iI PHONE IN AND CANCELLED THE CARD no i did not and thin phone again no you need to phone *** the other ***** NO ANSWER NO ANSWER WHY MY CARD IS GETTING CANCELLED and worse of this i can NOT USE MY CARD TO DRAW MONEY SO MY CHILD DO HER EXAMS BECUSE THE BANK IS ALLOW TO DO ANYTHING WITH YOUR CARD WITH OUT PHONE CALL OR A SMS OR EMAIL NOTHING THIS IS SOCKING TIME TO MOVE BANKS

PHONE IN AND Fnb CANCELLED THE CARD which has happen Twice to me and i have pay for the cost a new card ..........I not think FNB has got the message IT WOULD BE NICE TO GET A PHONE CALL OR A SMS OR A WHATS UP OR A EMAIL TO TELL YOU WANT HAPPEN BUT NO THAT TO MUCH WORK and can NOT do online shopper for daughter exams So i guess i must get a new card again and pay for it again...................HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN TWICE IN 1 MOUTH
But that life no one to help and go the extra mile ...at end the day I sort out my other card so i can do my online shopping with ONLINE google help to do my other card....Which I think that FNB customer care could have told me to do......But That Live So did my online shopping and hope and prayer it does not get cancelled ..............
