I have a complaint with FNB where I had numerous online *****s with them. Recently a big amount money was taken out of my account from a company called JUST OK LIMITED with out me knowing. I did not verify any online purchases for such a big amount. I logged a call with FNB *****s department and logged the ***** and they gave me a reference number. I kept calling everyday to check and and they advised they they emailed the merchant and awaiting feedback for the merchant to refund my money. Then I received a letter yesterday advising me regretfully they cannot refund me due to me putting a one time pin which I did not and I never made purchases for so much money in my life. I am so disappointed in their service and do they have proof that I put a one time pin. Due to so many *****s happened to me in the past I had to change banks. When the ***** happened I app**** for a new card and attempt for online ***** happened again that's when I made a decision to change banks. The bank has to refund me, I will not let this go.
