I have been *****ed an amount of 3000 on the 15/12/2022 at the Alex Mall branch where my card was swallowed by the machine I immediately blocked my card before I could move from the machine then went straight to the branch to open a claim. To is the 09/03/2023 and I still haven't gotten any solid feedback and every time I call them I get passed from pillar to post and some agents hang up on me I am really annoyed and frustrated at this point and I would like to have my refund.
