Good Morning Ref ***NF, I am still waiting for a call from so called First rand Bank , 48 Hrs has passed still no call , I am still stranded with ***** case due to unauthorized debit order in my account , l was advised that i had 2 debit card with me , yet i only had one debit card , I have been with FNB for 15 years and this is treatment i get , you don't care about your customers , you should change your company name to Last Rand Bank , how can we not help you , you don't leave up to what you stand for . I went to Maponya mall communicated with branch manager Mr Ellias , very help full and help me a few thing that i had complained about gave me advise , he is the only person who is raising FNB flag high in you company , by taking to him he gave me hope to stay with FNB as i was thinking of moving my account to bank that cares about their customer
