Mr Myeko

I want to thank the person that helped me a lot regarding my dilemma of two months without my money being traced.

After so much struggle for 2 months. After spending hours and hours on the phone. After visiting 3 branches After many emails

I want to honour Mr Luyanda Myeko for going the extra mile and trading my money.

A lot of fnb staff staff members that failed to go the extra mile for me. Henry Mikhail.a lady from maponya(I can identify her if i see her)Senzo Qwabe they all told me there is nothing they can do and that the money is with the broker. They never bothered to call me to find out if my matter was resolved.

Mr Myeko is the best branch manager and deserved to be promoted to being a regional manager. After posting my issue here he called me everyday giving me feedback. What I like he called me everyday same time around 10:00 in the morning that meant he prioritised me and by calling early hours of the day that gave him a chance to focus on other things.

Since I posted here it only took 4 days then my money was in my bank account.

I respect him a lot for all the hard work he did and the follow ups he made.

All the branches I went to and their staff must learn from him.

Going the extra mile for a client will always make your branch the best and will also give you an opportunity to learn.

To the staff that helped me yet didn't get help at the end please listen to the client and try by all means to resolve the matter if you don't know how to resolve the matter don't just tell the client there is nothing you can do cause money just doesn't disappear without knowing where it is.

Mr Myeko thanks again for everything your deserve a reward and a promotion to regional manager cause you know how to treat a client and resolve matters the professional way.
