The has been funds going off my account which I know nothing about which has a description #item paid no funds

Since I upgraded to the premier account there’s a lot of transactions happening in my account. The transactions are worth R867 I am very disappointed with FNB I thought they were a good bank I’m even thinking of closing the account because of this.
