Mr M D Campbell-Codner HOMELOAN DEPARTMENT

My 75 year old father recently lost his wife and has sold the house as he is going to the UK, home loans department has made a substantial deduction on his account and no explanation. He has sent numerous emails requesting more information as to why they have deducted such a large sum of money and he is getting no response whatsoever, this is again a complete lack of customer service and outright unacceptable. Can someone please look into this and provide him with answers!?
