Mr Leo Kers

My name is Japhet Nyakudya. I am an Fnb customer. I had a problem with online banking, with the FNB app. I had encountered a consutants name that goes by Leo Kers from Fnb Cresta branch which assisted me 100%, so marvelous, I'm so trilled and gives good, really good customer service and one must give credit where it's due. I even went out of my way by tslling my friends if they ever had to visit Fnb Cresta branch, they should go looking for this guy as he'll be able to give them the best service ever and it's important for service these days, consultants don't service customers the way thry should anymore and I thought it would make sense for me to give credit where it's due. Thank you Fnb for having people like Leo around.
