I have recieved only poor service from the ***** department regarding a ***** case, its been more 2 months now and have not recieved any feedback from my agent Theolisa Smith who is handling my case in the ***** department at FNB after Numeris messages and requests from myself to Her to gove me feedback and absolutely no response up untill today. what do i do?
