Mr Jacobs. What a P...k
So I have written reviews about fnb but nothing seems to help fnb as an intelligent banking service. I think that the two 10 year old accounts have been prescribed because a cheque account card is been delivered today. Apparently I get the account with none of the benefits. The credit card can't be issued because I still owe money on a cheque account from 10 years ago and I am a credit risk. I have had a savings account which begs to differ. The savings account is with Fnb. Then a Mr Jacobs tweeted me. He wanted to hear the whole story. I poured my heart out to him. He kept tweeting me through out the day making me feel safe and that he was in control now. I was led to believe that it would be sorted out by the end of the day. Then I find out that Mr Jacobs is a persona for damage control. My God I had shared such personal details with this persona who actually does not give a continental s..... because at the end of the day there was nothing to be done. I Have to wait and blaa blaa blaa... FNB you are incapable of intellectual intelligence. I am not a credit risk the only thing that would make me a credit risk is all the enquiries made on my credit report not because my self employed business was in trouble but I had to help pay back money from my daughter's trouble in Thailand and help my son who had just tried to take his life. Mr Jacobs knew this. Otherwise I have not missed a single payment on my Transunion credit report. FNB was not even on my Transunion credit report. Oh and I loved the email with the payment plan for my prescribed debit. I don't know what more to say. I have app**** for an American express card. But I won't get it. Too many enquiries.
