I wish to close my account with this mediocre bank effective immediately. The call Center staff used to be very efficient but this has since changed. The so called Private Banker had also been informed months ago to no avail. I will only deal with ABSA WEALTH and UBS and other international genuine private banks. Mr Harris will also be informed accordingly of your mediocre service due to my connections. I spent thousands on the phone from overseas to sort out a simple issue which I will be re-imbursed for plus my hourly rate. All to no avail. Even Capitec rank higher ! What a disgrace to First Rand.
