Email communication received dating back to 2021 when we initially FICA’d my father in laws Credit Card statement. 2023 we discovered that this was never done as we need proof of residence for him. We called in to confirm if it can be done which was confirmed, came to the FNB branch at Meadowdale and after an hour we got told it was done but I cannot get a statement and have to wait 1 calendar month for the updated details to populate. Given that this should have been done in 2021 FNB now cannot assist. This is frustrating and feel that losing customers seems to be the preferred plan of action for FNB
