I'm terribly unhappy with FNB. i have been with FNB for more than ten years but the service I'm receiving at this moment is very poor. I app**** for FNB Credit card limit increase on the 18th June 2024. I accepted the debit order mandate as per norm and also called fnb credit card support center today (20 June 2024) to follow up on this matter but none is helpful. So far, the credit card has not been increased as yet. I'm tired of waiting and not knowing why the credit card limit increase is not loaded.
