Good Day

Please kindly assist, with this on going case with FNB since 2021. You could swear FNB is running circus , 0% on professionalism and integrity from they stuff!!! I’m just devastated

I’ve been liaising with a FNB consultant by the name of Busisiwe Maseko from the FNB homeloan department for a whole year !! just to get a title deed for our late father house. The bond has been settled several months ago. Attorney have have appointed and statement for transfer fees has been issued by the Attorney.

Due to the bond account being on a credit FBN is therefore liable to pay the appointed attorney for the cancellation process. However FNB has been giving me a run around and choose to make this process a very lengthy and emotional exhausting one !!

I have sent numerous emails to Busisiwe Maseko, pleadings her to assist and she choose not return to my request. Please see exact dates of our communication. 23/11/2021 sent an email, Busisiwe she advised she is going leave will attend to the case on the 08/12/2021 upon her return.

9/12/2021 sent another email doing a follow up , however received an automatic response advising she will only return to the office on the 13/12/2012

09/02/2022 - still no response from FNB, decided to send another email fortunately this Time Busisiwe decides to contact me back!!! And requested statement from the attorney ,which was sent to her immediately.

She promised to contact me back by the 15/02/2022, and she further advised that I will only have to pay a balance of R200, and FNB will cover the rest, towards the attorney fees (which will be R4200.00). Till date I have not received any communication regarding the above arrangement as promised!! NO call No email.

I’ve resorted all my avenues with FNB and this is my second time reaching out to Hello peter and still no Joy from FNB.
