Mr D Express Couriers

Hi

I don't actually know what to do. I received an sms saying that my FNB card is ready and that Mr D couldn't reach me so I need to contact them to deliver it. I have tried to call the contact centre five times now and each time I have been on hold for over 20 mins. I sent a facebook message to FNB asking for their help and was simply told to call the Mr D helpline. I need my card and I don't know how to get it!!!! Seriously thinking of changing banks if this is how FNB works...
