Mr D card courier service a disgrace

I ordered my credit card from fnb and was told that Mr D will contact me to arrange delivery. I received one call from them but was not able to answer as they called me at 18:45 in the evening. Now i am trying to call them constantly to arrange delivery but they are never available to answer the call and they say that their working hours are from 08:00 till 19:00 but when i called just after 18:00 they said I was calling outside their office hours. This is the worst courier company ever!!! I am disgusted with their service and i really need my card.
