Hi I still notice some Foreign Transactions which i queried previously on my account statement ,i have previously requested for this to be stopped .`Please assist me.

Secondly i have written email to FNB to request refund and cancellation of Apple ******* debit transactions , i completed their request form which had a 7 days return period . Period has long passed its been now almost 3 weeks with no reply ,please assist me .
