I had a pre approval of 242k on my app and wanted to go through it but somehow it get finalized after that it disappeared from app then I went to the bank at Montana next to Kolonade mall, they caled sales/loan department and I was told that it will come back within 24 hours mind you this happened on Friday. Now when I check on my app it says am pre approved for 58k which won't help me. Their motto should be how can we disappoint you

28 Oct 2024, 16:06Someone caled me and basically all she could tell me is that there's nothing she can do. What's the point even doing logging a complain with fnb if it can't be sorted? Where did the first pre approval go that all I want to know because it's not finalised. Once more from fnb how can we ***** you
