We just received a call that fnb won't reimburse funds that was *****ulently taken out of my wife's account,I am furious and frustrated with this service we have been loyal customer of fnb for a long time I think I will have to take legal action against fnb for poor service and involve the ombudsman,will close all our accounts with fnb pathetic service really.
