My name is Chuma from KwaZulu Natal

I sold a car to someone in August last year and the person who paid me made a transfer from fnb to fnb.

The next day fnb froze my bank account it has remained closed since 5 September 2022 untill today.

They said that.the person who paid me paid me with ********** money.

How was I supposed to know where that person got the money?

There's no feed back from fnb after having called their ***** division more than 100 times, their ***** consultant is always unavailable.

Fnb has really been such a disappointment to me and my family. They are such a useless bank.

Worse part is that they still deduct monthly bank charges from the same frozen bank account in their favour.
