MPP LIFE COVER

Good day,i would like to inform you that i am a FNB customer but i am straggling to get a MPP life cover for my bond , they are telling me that i have to wait for 7-14 days to get it, but my bank FNB want me to submit it this week.their reason is that i mad a qoutation in february in that qoute is still on their system as not taken .every time when i want to speak with the manager they put me on hold then transfer me to the wrong department.i have spoken to about 10 people now without any luck .i don`t know why i getting such a bad service from the because i am their client .
