Mpinane Mokoatsi might just be the most arrogant and rude person I have dealt with at any company! Shame on him!

I made a very terrible mistake of making an offer on a property I later discovered was attached by FNB and since then the process has been an absolute nightmare. The offer was signed on the 4th September 2018 with the occupation date being latest, 1st January 2019 (should the transfer not have gone through) . As you can imagine, with the seller possibly having no where to go, we have struggled to get commitment from the seller and have been pointed in all directions by the agency, the attorneys and FNB. When I was finally referred to FNB again, I was assisted by Mduduzi Mbatha, who I think is just an asset to FNB. He really understood my situation, was empathetic and connected me to Mpinane Mokoatsi I have already dealt with before. Mpinane is probably one of the most rude individuals I have dealt with and speaks in such a condescending manner to customers. During my conversation with me he would say comments such as "just the fact that I am even entertaining this call" as if he is the president and that he does not respond to me emails "because you are not my client sweety." By the time I was done speaking to Mpinane I was totally disgusted and angry in ways I cannot explain. He is extremely unprofessional with customers and simply does not have manners. It is not the first I have laid a complaint a complaint against Mpinane and now I requesting that FNB listens to his calls to hear how he speaks to customers. It is unacceptable and gives a very bad impression of the organisation. On numerous occasions I have called and emailed him because of the very serious situation I am in with the seller and he has never correspondence. Today he made it clear that the reason he does not bother to even entertain my emails or calls is because "I am not his client, sweety." So if FNB only responds to their clients whilst they treat the buyers who are purchasing the troubled property from their clients, then miss me as a client. I will not ever take a bond through FNB. According to Mpinane, he only responds to your correspondence when you are his client - otherwise he owes you no explanation. You are welcome to listen to our call, if it available - from dealing with Mduduzi Mbatha and Kgomotso Seabelo who are truly client-centric, I was transferred to Mpinane, who I am actually quite disgusted with. He should be removed from what he is doing to the back office where he deals with no customers because he has an extremely terrible attitude. What a let down.
