Moving to FNB Connect was a mistake

I have been a FNB customer for years, when you launched your own "service provider", I was very excited as online banking is a pleasure and managing my sim contracts was something I was looking forward too. Expecially from a cost saving point of view.

I never should have moved, regular dropped calls, incoming calls going straight to voicemail, signal coverage is poor, etc. Regardless of where I go, it's not area specific. I have also sent 2 e-mails to ********** the e-mails are being read but no response.

I want to port my number back to my previous service provider.
