Moving money from PayPal to FNB account errors

This is not the first time I get this problem with FNB and it is so frustrating, I am trying to move money from my PayPal account to my FNB account and it’s giving me a error e-104129 hard hold on account, what is this and what am I suppose to do now!? This is ridiculous.
