Move your home not your homeloan is not what they said it would be
<p>According to our homeloan contract with FNB we app**** for a flexi bond as we had one before. Move your home not your homeloan indicates that the option must signed at the Lender's nominated attorney. This never happened. Who is responsible for this as the bank now claims we don't have flexibond and because it is no longer a product of theirs we can't get one. Why else would we have our homeloan with FNB? We moved from KZN to Kimberley. Is the problem with a lack of service with FNB in general or just in Kimberley?</p>
