Move you banks it's better FNB is getting worse as the days go by

I'm sitting 2 weeks now with no feedback still on my complaint, my dispute is going on 4 months no feedback you go to complaints get a reference and still nothing this is the worst service I have received my buisness took a bad hit and if this dispute isn't resolved soon I will take legal for the financial strain this took on me and I will be contacting the banking ombudsman.
