Motlatsi Mosetse’s Imbecility and Atrocity

A wish to report witchcraft of monumental proportions by an FNB so called Product Specialist called Motlatsi Mosetse who has zero respect for clients. He put my account on hard hold on 23/11/2024 at 22:00 following a long awaited refund from SARS. He is never there to assist and leaves not only clients but his colleagues from other departments deflated and not knowing how to assist us. SARS can’t do anything too and argues I need to deal with my bank(FNB). Why would he make a person suffer like this? FNB please release my money into other accounts and deal with this evil man called Motlatsi Mosetse.
