Motlatsi Mosetse that is never available to help
I have an fnb account which has been frozen apparently by Motlatsi Mosetse. This guy is never available to help with my dispute or to even let me know why my account was frozen or put on hold. I've been going to the bank the whole week with no luck. This Motlatsi is not of help non whatsoever. I need to close that account and have my funds transferred to another account. But I can't be helped. Motlatsi is the only e person to help and he is just not available.

16 Sept 2022, 17:59So I complained around 11:26 and by 12:08 I got a response from fnb that a formal complaint has been logged and I will receive a call shortly. Indeed i received a call probably less than an hour later and my problem was solved. Hello Peter helped. I've been going to the branch with no fail everyday since last Saturday, then this week Monday till today.
