MOST USELESS UNHELPFULL ONLINE BANK
Just sorry there is no 0 stars option. FNB blocked my online profile for some obscure reason. When I phoned them the consultant insisted nothing is wrong with my profile. Took me through the same exercise 5 times, with the same result. Then told me I would have to go to an ATM to reset the profile. Now for some reason my profile is 'active/not blocked', but I will need to go to the bank to reactivate!!! The most useless unhelpful bank ever. Would not advise ANYONE to use them, unless you want daily issues like I've just mentioned.

23 Nov 2020, 15:48Not going to hold my breath. Was on the phone with ALL RELEVANT departments today for over 2 hours. Team leader/Supervisor was suppose to phone me back within 2 hours, that was 12h00 today..... Unfortunately it seems that the people in the departments are not able or trained to resolve issues, they just go through the same sequence each and every time, like robots. NO PERSONAL SERVICE, NO KNOWLEDGE OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF client's problem. Just repeating the same pre-learned mantra over and over again. Made me think of Einstein's famous saying: "Insanity is banging your head against the wall repeatedly, expecting a different result each time".
