Most useless bank in the world

I have various accounts with FNB including a private wealth account and 2 business accounts. On Saturday I had to make a payment larger than my set limits. When I tried to increase them via the online portals I was advised that my browser and new phone is not verified devices, I went to both branches in Vanderbijlpark, who couldn't help me and advised me to call the business centre, they couldn't help me because I need to return to the branch to have my finger prints taken. Therefore I could not pay my suppliers, ending in my people not being paid, that will end with me having no personnel on site on Monday, that will result me paying penalties on my project. I will not advise any one of using FNB for personal or business account. They are truly useless.
