MOST USELESS BANK DURING THIS PANDEMIC

THis has got to be the most useless bank,it took a time like this to realise that the bank i have been with for years has no interest in their clients.I pay for a private banker which i cannot talk to .I am waiting since the 29th April for my so called pvt banker to call me,various chats closed with no resolution(previous complaint ref no ***NF)Secondly this bank lies to its clients,they claim to have waived atm withdrawal fees for using a non fnb atm,guess what they happily charged those fees.Well its time move to another bank.People think twice before moving to fnb,they have no interest in their clients,yet we pay exorbitant monthly fees for a non existent private banker but yet when it came time to take their service fees they happily deducted that but cannot provide a simple service like reversing a debit order over R200 and dont tell me it cannot be done as i had a R 13000+ debit order reversed previously within minutes from calling FNB,what is different now that with this virus that the bank cannot reverse clients debit orders.And please do not tell me to contact the initiator of the debit order,i pay you as my bank and i expect fnb to reverse debit orders when requested as this was and can be done.
