Most useless and pathetic service
Absolutely useless service and zero common sense used! Was charged a double monthly fee to close an account and no help to pro rata it. Just pathetic service and will be closing all my FNB accounts as well as my dependents accounts. If this is how you treat you customers, you can go F$%^k yourselves!
