Most useless agent at FNB Hyde Park

I went to FNB Hyde Park on Friday (24 November) to report a ***** transaction on a business account.

Only to discover today (26 November), that the agent Leonie from FNB Hyde Park blocked my personal account instead of the business account. The business account is fully operational whilst I cannot transact at all on my business account. My debit orders cannot go off, nothing!!!!

How useless can one be at your job??? At one simple task you had to do. She had one task to do!!! One!
