Most unhelpful bank

After using FNB my whole life, I can now say for sure that they are the most unhelpful bank ever. They don't care about customers who have money in their accounts. I have been trying to get in touch from overseas for so long to change my OTP and have been passed from pillar to post for over a year. FNB are useless, you'll be losing a customer very soon.

There staff give out incorrect email addresses to contact that are no longer in use!
