Most pathetic, (we don't give a **** about our customers) service i have ever received

I am done, done, done!!

I am writing my story again with the latest pathetic news

I applied for a consolidation loan in the beginning of Oct. I was sent Debichecks to approve but waited a week with no communication at all. Went back to the branch and the lady called the loan department.....oh no sorry loan was declined because of affordability but they offered it to me knowing my income!! When you consolidate debt all that funds become available for the new loan obviously but they are to stupid for that. Problem is no one contacted me or the branch saying it was declined. Then we re applied with a lessor amount the Friday an we were told that it will approved and they pay out will be in the week to come. Nothing happened after again i approved my debichecks. After a week of waiting again i decided to come and complain on Hello Peter last week and Thursday only i got a call saying they just approved it after i've been waiting for almost 2 weeks. Then is was told to appoved the debichecks again which i did then it will take 24-48 hours. So Friday afternoon still nothing, no Money no updates nothing, so i went to the bank and we called the loan department ohhhh it was approved but still in process and needs more checks *** for??????????????????? It was approved!!!!!!!!! Ok so again 24-48 working hours since Friday. Here we are it is already Tuesday again in apparently in process still no answers, no updates, no communication, no loan pay out NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!!

This is been going on for about 2 and a half weeks and still no loan was processed. And every time i ask questions they have the answer its in process or they just don't respond or it is I am so for this mam so about this!!!!!!! I am at the point where i wanna close my account and name and shame FNB so bad that people are too scared to bank there or open accounts or even try for loans.

I have never in my life received such bad, pathetic, horrible service from any other bank

At this stage i would not even give them 1 star at all they do not deserve it!!!!!!!!!!!
