Most pathetic service! from Thabiso Nkoanyane @FNB

I went to FNB Commissioner Street on the 1 November. I thought I had my late mother's policy number in my file. Sins the time I walk into that branch I sow how these 2 gentlemen sitting at number 4 and 6 treated clients. With no respect what's so ever number 6 was sitting with a client, and friends came from outside he helped them and ignore the 1 he set with. I was called to number 4 Thabiso Nkoanyane the way that boy treated me sins I set down very cold and was very rude with me. He even answered his personal call while I was sitting there. I had to wait till he was done with his call. When I told him that am laying complain he just said OK looks like it did not bother him. Most pathetic service I ever received from FNB!! when I asked him is this the way you help all clients? He just gave me a cold look. I was so loud there was no supervisor nor team leader in place!

I mailed him Monday morning he only rep**** Tuesday please read my below email he could not even great properly am still waiting and today is Thursday!!
