Most pathetic service ever

I gave my cheque/credit card to my partner, along with a letter stating that I have given him full permission to use this card for business purposes. Whie on business in Vuwani, a man said he would help him at the ATM & swopped my card. We did not notice this, until R3500 had been withdrawn from my account, because we were advise that the ATM was not working. This is the response I received from FNB.

FNB is NOT prepared to refund this money that was ****** from my account, because I had willingly given my card to my Partner, to enable withdrawals for diesel. I DID NOT ASK A BLACK MAN TO ***** MY CARD, & WAS NOT AWARE THAT IT WAS GONE, UNTIL THIS MONEY WENT THROUGH ON MY ACCOUNT, & ARRIVED VIA SMS ON MY PHONE.
