MOST PATHETIC SERVICE

Definitely the worst bank to deal with. I have read reviews about FNB being the worst ranked bank, I am now experiencing this. I blame the *********** staff for bringing down the name of this bank. I am still waiting for someone to call me - after about 5 complaints - no one seems to care. Their name is getting tarnished and it doesn't seem to phase them at all. I am awaiting a refund. I keep getting automated emails that my query will be dealt with along with a reference number, but still nothing. This bank is a joke. I last sent an email from Jessica Naidoo from Retail Service Recovery, as she sent me just as good as an automated email. I sent her emails almost weeks ago and still no response. I am disgusted
