MOST PATHETIC CLIENT SERVICE!!

I would like to express my disappointment towards FNB. I have been struggling for the past week to get a paid up letter, on my cheque account, to get my clearance certificate issued. I just get shifted from pillar to post. They keep on insisting that they have a 5 to 10 day turn around time. I spoke to a person in the call centre who advised me that the letter was sent to me on the 18th of September. I then proceeded to phone them to advise them that I still hadn't receive the required documentation. I was then told that the letter couldn't have been sent because no letter had been issued, as yet. I am struggling to believe that it is really this difficult to issue me with the documentation required. I just want to thank FNB, that they are really trying their best to "help me" where they can, in the process to provide me and my family with the purchase of our new home.
