Most overrated bank and poor service

I purchased domestic return flight with ebucks. I usually check my statements at the end of every month and unbeknowngst to me they double charged me for the same booking. Imagine if I did not check my statements!

The real irony is the absolute waste of time and money trying to get FNB on the line to resolve the matter. FNB send me to ebucks travel then their phone systems are underinvested so customer relations persons can't even communicate properly over bad line and can't call back.

This is the last time I use ebucks and FNB you days are numbered with my support.
