Most *********** service agents

I have 2 accounts with FNB and both the cards expired the same month FNB was Nice enough to order and deliver my credit card but for 3 weeks I need to struggle to get my Cheque account card I spoke multiple times on the secure chat to Cynthia but it seems she is only there to get a salary as she is unhelpful and can not assist me, ending the chats without resolving or listening to my problem.This is not the first time FNB gave my no service and I will definitely move my accounts to another bank
