most frustrating experience ever
Traumatic experience my husband has been out through
On the 25th he called FNB regarding unauthorised debit orders to the value of R15K and was told they are pending therefore can't be reversed he must wait 48 hours and call again. He called on the 27th, spoke to a guy by the name of Conrad Makwala who advised that we needed to complete dispute forms and email them to Justin Losper and Mandisa Viteka and Debbie DaSilva and the feedback from Conrad was that these debit orders will be reversed within 48hours. The 48 hours passed, debit orders not reversed. He called again; this time spoke to someone else who advised that we must wait a further 24hours for this guy to reverse debit orders. Waited but they still remain pending and not reversed. He called the call centre again today only to be told that the dispute forms are no longer in use, and must send a screenshot of what hecan see in the account, wait 48 hours and head office will reverse debit orders.
My question is, how long are we supposed to wait for you to sort this out? Why would debit orders remain pending for over 7 days? Every time we call we are told a different story, this sounds like nothing but delay tactics. I need someone competent to sort this out ASAP.
