Most features but never works.

You can do anything on the app, but nothing works when you need it to.

The chat isn't great and more often than not it's not helpful. I had to stop a scheduled transfer and got through to the following: - Forex - Affluent (not an Affluent Customer) - RMB Main - RMB Main, again - Investing chat - Wealth and Investments

What a ride. Ontop of this, if you dare not respond in 2 minutes the app warns you, and disconnects shortly after. The process above took nearly FOURTY (!!!!) minutes. If I could hold FNB to the same standard they dare hold their customers, they'd be out on the streets already. Also, their agents had to communicate via chat, and the app told me (again) that the agent is waiting for my response.

Often times I find myself wondering if the ebucks is worth the hassle.

I've had issues with statements being in the incorrect language, etc, etc, it feels like every ******* thing with FNB is a hassle.

Plus side is it feels like you should be able to do anything on the app. The downside is that it never works, is slow, hangs, and returns 404s occasionally. This makes moving away from them a bit slow and horrific.

Can't wait to not bank with them anymore. I honestly wonder if any of the FNB employees use their own services.
