most expensive, worst service bank!

My account has been frozen for 2 weeks now, when they asked me for proof of everything ive sent it to them IMIDIATLY.. i can do nothing in my account, I have a private banker who only replies to my messages the next day... but yet it cost me R450 pm month to have a private banker.. then my service fees will bee about R500... PLEASE DONT USE FNB, THEY ARE MONEY SHARKS... please cancel my private banking as they are useless!!!!
