Most expensive snacks thanks to FNB!

Ever since I can remember, my family have been Barclays DCO/First National Bank clients. My mother had busines and personal accounts and I became a client when I started working in 1970. My wife and I ran a business for 27 years and we both had personal, business and loan accounts with FNB. She left FNB after an unresolved overseas debit **** transaction was put through on her account. I still have a personal, business and money maximiser account. On 11 June 2018 we went through OR Tambo airport on our way to Spain. As we were tired after our road trip and my wife was not feeling well, I decided that we could try and visit the international Slow lounge. I enquired from the receptionist if we were allowed to enter and after swiping my debit card she allowed us in. We spent no more than 30 minutes in the establishment. My wife and I each had a plate of snacks. She had a cup of coffee and I had a beer and a glass of wine. Very pleasant atmosphere! I was shocked to see that FNB had debited my account with R1000 for Slow lounge fee. The amount of food and drink we consumed could not have been worth more than R100 and I was under the impression that this was one of the perks of having a Premier account. Upon returning to South Africa, I mailed a complaint about this on 2 July to Premier banking. I received the normal confirmation of my complaint. After receiving no further communication from the bank I queried it a few times with no response. On 23 August I receive a mail stating that they had sent me a mail on 12 August. I have checked both my inbox and spam and don't find any mail from FNB on that date which is strangely a Sunday - these people work overtime! Further they state that they keep their customers informed about fees and qualifying criteria etc. etc. I have checked their fees etc. and found that I was foolish enough to think that I qualified for the perk, but now see that I have to have a FNB credit card as well! Do you really think I would have used the Slow lounge if I knew that I would be **********? I have come to the conclusion than FNB is run by ARTIFICIAL INTELLINGENCE ROBOTS (AIR) as there is no humanity in their decision making. Responses are made purely on fixed criteria and rules. After all these years of loyal support it seems that my custom is not appreciated and it makes me extremely unhappy! Must I hang in there or move?
