MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER CARE!

Today I've had a humbling but amazing experience with the Customer Support Team of Ashburton Investments. I did a Login on the Investor Portal and chose the wrong option(s). This resulted in me being locked out and I escalated a ranting e-mail to Ashburton. Me Lindiwe Motaung immediately responded by phone and gave me support and solutions in a calm and professional manner. She engaged Mr Witness Chauke who resolved my IT-stupidities and his inputs was as professional and effective. I will never forget their kindness and compassion in handling my (selfmade) "crisis". May the two of them be treasured by Ashburton Co.
