An unauthorized debit order set up in my savings account. I’ve done everything in my power to cancel this. Most FNB staff cannot locate see on their side and those who can keep transferring to different department. They’ve requested an affidavit which I’ve uploaded within a week of this happening but still nothing. I’ve got screen shots of secured chats where I spent over an hour with them, kept getting the same people asking same questions then transferring (going in circles). I have complained to FNB twitter and they also just ignore. Also been on hold for the longest time, trying to resolve this. 2nd month still unresolved and the debit order has taken again.
