Mortgage protection plan claim Approved!

Thank you so much FNBLIFE for attending to my complaints and giving me positive feedback regarding my Mortgage Protection Plan. I was initially frustrated as my claim for loss of income was declined and I didn't know why. A Consultant contacted me eventually and clarified that my UI19 was not completed correctly. My employer corrected the form and everything went smoothly from there. Thank you for your patience and helping me during this very uncertain time.
