Mortgage protection plan

I have undertaken a homeloan with Fnb to purchase a new home. I have gotten life insurance from Fnb maybe two weeks ago for the bond (payment reduces as homeloan outstanding amount reduces) and then lqst week Thursday was told by bond lawyers that Fnb does not accept the policy (fnb provided) and I need a mortgage protection plan... OK I phoned Thursday to request a mortgage protection plan and was told they need to work on my quotation and they will phone me back. Today on Tuesday still nobody phoned back and I tried calling Fnb life and they send me from one department to another. More than R100 airtime used and still no idea what is happening.
