Mortgage Loan Debi Check Mandate

Please have a look at my Reference: Your ***
FNB is telling the Lawyers of my Bond Registration that I should approve the Debit Order Mandate. However when I go into my Banking App and check in my Debicheck Mandates. There is no information. This is holding the whole process up I need this fixed ASAP.

Somebody from FNB called me Yesterday Morning telling me that this Issue will be Escalated, to either their manager or a manager, it is more than 24 hours later, and I still have not heard from anybody and the Issue is not resolved, what is going on!?
